This policy applies to all purchases made through the Cynbel Lane online store.

1. Shipping Provider

All orders placed with Cynbel Lane are shipped via Australia Post.

We use Australia Post’s standard and express services (where available) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across Australia.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak periods (such as sales, product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated where possible.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and commence once your order has been dispatched.

Australia Post Standard Delivery (Estimated)

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary

 

Australia Post Express Post (Estimated)

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

 

Please note that delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events, public holidays, or Australia Post service disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed prior to completing your purchase.

 

Cynbel Lane reserves the right to update shipping rates in line with Australia Post pricing changes.

5. Tracking

All orders shipped via Australia Post include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email. You can monitor your delivery directly through the Australia Post website.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order with Cynbel Lane, you acknowledge that:

  • Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place if an Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected or deemed appropriate.

  • Cynbel Lane is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery where an ATL has been applied.

 

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please ensure this is specified during checkout or arrange delivery to a secure address.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.

Cynbel Lane is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Parcels returned to sender due to address errors

 

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

While we take care to ensure your order is packaged securely, delivery is handled by Australia Post once dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf where appropriate.

 

Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents.

  • Claims are assessed in line with Australia Post policies.

 

 

9. International Shipping

 

At this time, Cynbel Lane ships within Australia only.

 

Any future international shipping options will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

 

10. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items will be dispatched according to the timeframe stated on the product listing.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
